Oral arguments in the Westchester County concealed carry case, Kachalsky v. Cacace, are scheduled for next Wednesday, August 22, in the afternoon session. I plan on going, and I'll report back on how it goes. It'll be great to see a master like Alan Gura at work, and to be a part of history...
