I just came back from the courthouse. Genesee county legislators voted unanimously against the NY UnSafe Act. The courtroom was full. All the seats where taken up and some standing.

I just got a response from the Genesee County Legislature clerk stating that the legislature will vote to day on a resolution to officially oppose the NY SAFE act.
