Just saw this on ZeroHedge and found it somewhat funny. Aside from the castles being much more zombie-resistant, I think the firearms laws are more lax in the areas where the castles are; although not by much.

A person i know of mine bought a n.y. Pistol permit in a estate sale on the back of the permit it states expires december 31 , 1960 the person was from sullivan county and the date is 1/27/56 , is it legal to own the permit that has expired and resell it .
