My first deer with a bow. Shot it at thirty yards out of a ground-blind next to a rye field. Missed a doe in the same spot a week ago. Deer didn't run more than 30 yards away. Never made it out of the field. Wind must have pushed the arrow but it hit the femoral artery. Processed it last night...

It's time for a new sight on my Parker Bow. The one that came on it won't stay tight and I find the pins to be too big. Any recommendations out there for an affordable sight? I think a 3 or maybe 4 pin would be suitable for me. Thanks Adam

Very happy with it. $875 fully set up by Spring Valley Sportsmen in Delhi NY, Mark was a great guy to deal with and took the time to set up and tune the bow to...

Bow Show-Off I've searched the forum and have not seen any big archery related threads. I realize this is a "firearm" website, but most people I know that enjoy guns, get a kick out of bows as well. So here we go: Post up a picture or pictures of your bow, quiver, release, sights, etc. that...

Wondering if anyone bow hunts any of the state lands in or around Broome County. I've bow hunted up at Oakley Corners in the past, but you won't catch me there during gun season. It's relatively close to my house. During bow season I think I've run into 6 people at most throughout the entire...
