Would like to get some feed back about factory crimping .45 acp. I've had a fried of mine state that he does not factory crimp his .45 acp loads. What are everyones feeling about this ?
I've got a 22LR pistol and 10/22 rifle that can share ammo with the pistol. I've recently purchased 9 mm and 45 ACP pistols. I'd like to use the ammunition in other platforms. So, I figured that I'd solicit opinions for possible carbines that use these calibers.
I have no background in...
Hey Guys,
As I am sure, you can tell; I am new here. So, I have no idea if the following thread, is too much... I hope I am not wasting anyone's time with info you already know. So, here is the Sitch; I JUST submitted my NYC Pistol Permit Application... Therefore; I have 6-8 months to think...
I really haven't been ammo shopping since all of this shortage stuff has been going on. I'm not shooting and I'm just keeping what I have on hand; so I don't really know what is out there and what is not. However, I'm thinking about maybe selling my only gun in .380 (a bersa thunder) and...
I shot this ammo for the first time today and man was it dirty. Before shtf I bought 400 rounds of UMC 55g 223 and shot 250 rounds out of my AR before I lost it. It was super clean. Barely had to clean the rifle. I figured since the rifle ammo was so good I would get some 45 ammo. I bought a...
I'd like to swap for powder or jacketed projectiles for 303, 308, 310, 311, 312, or 375......
I'd consider selling but we all know that prices have gone nuts. What's a a fair price for 440 pcs of 45 ACP brass these days?
I'm not selling just looking for a fair price to offer someone I know for a supply of reloaded 45 acp Target/plinking quality. Lead bullets. I really have no idea what this stuff goes for and want to get a supply for a new gun. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Looking for two magazines for a Springfield XD 10 round in .45 ACP. Please PM if you are willing to sell or know where I can get them.
thanks in advance.
when the 45 ACP was first developed a hundred years ago did it have the same muzzle energy as today's 45 ACP? or was it less powerful? some people say today's 9mm is yesterday's 45.
Picked up a Ruger Blackhawk Convertible for what I thought was a great price ($300). Just came with the .45ACP cylinder. Called Ruger about getting the .45LC cylinder. It will cost about $170 for the cylinder + labor to fit it. Is it worth it? It will end up costing close to getting it new...
Just picked up a .45. Pictures to follow. But, where to find .45 ACP ammo for the least money, least hassle?
Any websites out there that still ship to NY?
Or, anyone willing to trade .45 ACP for 7.62x39mm or 12 ga. 00 buck?
Stupid question time: I have a S&W 45 ACP and would like to know, Is 45 ACP ammo the only ammo I can fire in the handgun? Could I use 45 AUTO, 45 COLT, etc.?
Thank you.
