    Canadians do this.. use a punch to ding the mag in 4 spots. Stops the follower. Can't be taken out short of destroying follower. Won't take an unmodified follower. legal 10/30 option it looks like.. Shooter? :-)

    A family member of mine in CO is going to make me some 10/30 pmags with magblocks and ship them to ny. Would epoxy on the floor plates be good enough? Or should I have him pin and epoxy them? He has never pinned any before and I just want to make sure before I let him attempt it.

    Looks like the Redi-Mag option will work with 10rd body mags. Nice thing about it is that I could sell my 10/30 USGi mags and offset the cost of the Redi-Mag unit. Downside is more semi-perm weight on the AR and it covers all the color fill work on the rifle. Completely useless at the range...

    i bought some 10/30 pmags and they're awesome.. But i keep hearing that it doesn't matter that the mag can only hold 10 rounds.. its still a high cap mag made after 94.. others say it's perfectly legal as long as it is permanently fixed to hold 10 rounds.. i've been looking everywhere to find...
