Does anyone know the deal on Black Powder Pistols, including revolver Black Powder Pistols? Is it the same process as any other pistol license?

I have a Full Carry Pistol permit but it takes 3 to 6 weeks to get the updated license and coupon.

I have seen some that can be purchased from Galeba's via mail order.

I guess black powder pistols fall under all pistols.

Basically, if a pistol can be made to fire, it is required to be on a pistol permit. Antique weapons without commercially available ammo, and black powder weapons that the owner never intends to fire are legal. So you can order a black powder pistol, but if you have bullets and powder (and the gun is not on your pistol permit), its illegal.
