How to get an ALBANY county UNrestricted permit

I will be putting in my Pistol permit application sometime next month... Looking for a good reason that will get me an unrestricted... I travel around the state to different areas and what to bring my pistol with me when traveling to buffalo or platsburgh area as well as when camping or hiking in different areas of the state... I have plenty of knowledge of fire arms form 9 years in the military and time deployed... I can no longer serve due to illness (Cancer) and the loss of my spleen... I enjoyed the days at the range and would like to join some of my friends i served with who shoot often but dont want restrictions...Kinda of a new hobby since being sick has limited me so much... Would be thankful for any ideas...

City of Albany here Sir, I got a letter request for unrestricted that In saw the judge for early this week, one of my reasons is regular travel all over the state, while the other reason was shot down, he said he'd review this one and get back to me. I'll let ye know

All that said, if anyone has legitmate reason, and would get it in Albany County, it should be you
