Albany county permit questions

hey guys, I just put my application in for my pistol permit and I had a few questions.

1) How long does it take to get a permit?
2) When I turned in my application the woman said the new eletronic finger printing process should speed it up. If thats true how much faster is the new process?
3) Is there any reason that you may know of that they can deny me? Never got in trouble with the law.

There should be no reason for them to not give you a restricted permit. As long as you told them the truth and your references know you.

what type of questions do they ask my references? and how long will it take?

Not exactly sure, nobody has ever used me as one but they will be soon, a buddy has been dragging his but about doing the paperwork, anyway, probably too long, Albany is not the friendliest from what I understand. Good luck, be patient, there's really nothing you can do but wait for the letter in the mail.
