Haha yes, that is actually a frame saved out of a video I took (I like to record big thunderstorms) and that is what I named it, I've never had one that clear ever again. I got 6 full frames of that lightening bolt though, that one was just the best looking, more to come, the 5 photo limit is killing me or I'd have just put it all in 1 big post.

The three above I experimented a little with touching them up on photoshop, the bottom 2 are plain jane right off the camera.

So those are mine, all taken with a camera that was on sale for 100 bucks lol.

My parents say I have an eye for photography, I've seen better but I think mine are ok, I have played with the idea of selling large prints on Ebay to make extra money but never was sure if people would buy them, sorry for the photo spamming like I said 5 pic limit. When they aren't scaled down they are 1000 times clearer, if u have one u really really like PM me an email and I'll send u the full sized file. Thanx for looking

Comments, questions or anything else is welcome.

Haha thanx, I just set the camera down and set the shutter time for a night shot and held the button as the camera sat on my desk behind my monitor, came out pretty neat and better then I thought.

What kind of photography do you like? Different cameras are better suited to different types of photography.

Be forwarned though, photography can be very expensive just like firearms lol.

Sorry for all the posts. Last photography one of the night! The rafting ones are pics I took from a video. Terrible quality, if anyone has software to take pics from a video let me know please. I thought they were funny. I was wondering why they were handing out helmets, I got my answer!

The new Canon S100 produces images very, very close to a DSLR for around $350 and it can fit in your pocket.

Here's my image for the day...I took it with my S100

It is when you want to get bird and moon shots when you 70mm as a max range!

    I'm going to get a 70-200 f2.8 in the future i think!

I'm so glad the picture is shown as a thumbnail instead of just a link to click and open. I don't think I would have clicked on it!

I've got the Nikon 70-200 f2.8. Great lens but its very heavy. - also have the 28-70 f2.8, which is also a great lens. Both have the Nikkor ED glass. Highly recommend either one.

For the bird shots its easier with longer lenses. I took mine with a 400mm F/5.6 and it can still be tough depending on the lighting conditions. A cheaper route someone posted on here a while ago that they looking into is digiscoping Digiscoping Menu . Whats great about it (I havent tried it) is its cheaper to reach out plus you will have a spotting scope for shooting lol.

Here are a couple I took with a Kodak Easyshare Z1485 IS. It is a point and shoot camera. I have found that with point and shoots lighting is just more important to get bright colors.

This is a photo I took a while ago of some beer that I made. I think it looks cool because it looks like a sunset in the glass. All I did was place a flashlight behind it which you can see being propped up by the wine/bottle opener.
