Girl Scout Uniforms
Just saw on the news that the Girl Scout Uniforms might be outsourced to China WTF. Would put 90 American workers on the street. They say they want to "Offer The Best Value". Did they ever think of asking the American families if they would be willing to pay a little more to keep them Made In America!

Not that I think making the uniforms will help the GSA make inroads into China, but I think it would be GREAT if they did.
China needs the Girl Scouts more than America does at this point. The treatment of women in that country has a long way to go.
They started making the Boy Scout uniforms in Korea/Asia years ago! Just ordered a bunch of items from the Scout shop and most of them where made in China!

We have a member at our club who drinks his coffee from a U.S. Army labeled coffee mug. We flipped it over and it's made in China. Now that's really a rub.
