On Wednesday, State Representative Walter Wheeler (D-151) voted in favor of creating a victim disarmament zone in Acadia National Park, thus breaking the tie (7-6) in the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice. LD1737 will now head to the Senate with a recommendation that it âOught to Pass.â
