Friday's decision in a federal case involving the detaining of a man carrying a gun at a MARTA station is another example of the need to clarify Georgia's laws on carrying guns, said Sen. Mitch Seabaugh, R-Newnan. "It's a perfect example of the vagueness of our law, and that we need to do something to clarify it" so that Georgians with a firearms license "clearly know how to obey the law, and law enforcement clearly knows how to enforce the law," he said.
