Heller overides Lautenberg?


<p>I have been informed that a local judge has ruled that a man who has his guns confiscated under the Lautenberg gun ban must have them returned based upon the Heller decision.</p>

I find it a bit of stretch too and even if it is true, it will be overruled by an appellate court. I would love to see a link to a story. I am trying to imagine a judge taking the risk of returning firearms in such a case. If the person then turns around and kills the person under protection, the judge is going to have a lot of splainin' to do.
