    Wow, then I was lucky.

    My son turns 21 in March but he doesn't want to waste the fees because by the time he gets his permit he'll have graduated from college and might move out of state.

    I remember when I got my permit, I had the mindset of just filling it out, going thru the steps, and forgetting about it. About a year later ( 1998 to be exact ) I got my approval/permit in the mail, and said Oh yeah, forgot about that lol

    Now I have had my permit for over a decade, and want to upgrade it without restrictions, but dont want to get totally pissed with the bs
