Vltor? They're a big name company up there with daniel defense and troy industries. They make black rifle stuff. Emod stock, CASV handguard, etc... I think they're a subsidiary of some aerospace company.

The Bren Ten was based on the CZ 75. From what I gather it was junk.

Deja Vu all over again….

Any handgunner who lived through the 80’s will tell you the Bren Ten is like the Unicorn or maybe the Loch Ness Monster, heard off but never seen in the flesh.

Crocket (played by Don Johnson) on Miami Vice (that’s a TV show that aired from 1984 until 1989) carried a Bren Ten in a Jackass shoulder holster. That’s the only Bren Ten I ever saw.

What the world needs now is a new old handgun design from a novice handgun manufacturer chambered in a caliber that is swiftly becoming extinct.

I won’t be rushing out to buy one. If I ever feel a need for a 10mm auto pistol the Glock 20 will work just fine.

Production delays and lack of spare magazines doomed the Bren-Ten... Colt is coming out with the Delta Elite also...

Looks like this gun is going into production. They changed the name to the Vltor Bren Ten and is going to be available from sporting products LLC only.

They were supposed to have come out with this years ago... I'll believe it when I see it. The Bren-Ten is pretty cool looking.

Unless 10mm is a reloaders dream...isn't it hard to come by?

It's like .44 Special, but more scare if you ask me.

It's expensive to buy retail, but the bullets are the same ones used by .40 S&W, so as long as you have cases it is WAY cheaper to reload.

I have a 10 mm that is kind of different, it's a Springfield Armory Omega. It's a 6 inch ported hard chrome upper on a blued 1911 steel frame, made that way at the factory. If you change the ejector, or do some machining on the slide, you can install a normal 1911 slide.
