    Default Ftf firearms bill of sale

    just saw this on a texas gun trader site and i think this should be a sticky in the ''FIREARMS FOR SALE'' i think it would be alot nicer than the torn off notebook paper i usually get..

    I like this. The ONLY problem I see with it is that here in Monroe County at least it needs to be notarized and it'd be nice if there were a spot for the notary to do their thing.

    I've seen NYS specific BoS/FTF transfers. I'll go see if I can find another.

    this makes for an interesting question.
    if you sell a pistol to a person, the receipt has to be notarized? Or under what circumstances is a notary required?

    I've thought about selling one of my revolvers...just want to make sure I don't get arrested for it.

    Depends on your county. Many do NOT require a notary.

    Yep as I mentioned in my post Monroe County DOES require notarized signatures. Others aren't so strict.
