    that sounds like it could be an interesting vid to watch.


    BUT must be he was not concealed very well if the guard could see it....

    That was in Georgia, which I guess is an open carry state. From the sounds of it, the security guard had no right to try to take it away.

    Not sure I'd be talking as freely as he is just a day after the fact. Better in my mind to shut the hell up and only talk to your attorney. It does make for some interesting reading though.

    The Sgt also said the biggest determiner on me leaving (in his mind) was the fact that I NEVER touched my gun even though the guy attacked me.. That I defended myself and protected the weapon but never once drew it or even threatened to. The witnesses all said I covered it and reacted and then when he was helpless on the ground I backed up against the wall and told the guy to call the cops. (I don't actually remember that part)

    Stupid jack ass security guard... Hope he had fun picking up his chicklets after the guy knocked them out.
