No Assault Rifle used in Newtown shooting??

Got this in email - it was posted on another forum site. Normally, this looks like a conspiracy
rumor ... but watch the video in the link - it's the Today Show on NBC .....

So they finally had to come out and admit it, now that the Coroner has released some info along with Police. An AR-15 Rifle or the so-called "Assault Weapon" was not used in the school shooting. The shooter even tried weeks earlier to buy a Rifle but was turned down in the background check. So he had to kill his Mother to steal her rifle. There were initial reports right after the shooting, that Police found the AR-15 Rifle in his car, NOT IN THE SCHOOL. The Rifle was not used. The Shooter went into the school with 4 handguns. Not an Assault Rifle as the media has charged. I remember in the intitial hours of this shooting, the Police said they found the Rifle in the car. But the News Media had a Pre-Planned Attack already waiting, to ban so-called assault weapons and jumped on that line of reporting, knowing it was a lie. Including people like Piers Morgan who said the shooter used an AR-15 that shoots hundreds of rounds per minute, as if it were a machine gun. Could it be that the Democrat Liberals and the Media were pushing for the new law, hoping they could do it, before the Coroner released the info. I'm betting on it.

Yup, and during a press conference (on site) the medical examiner proclaimed that it was clear that the shootings had been carried out by the long gun. Apparently he hadn't been informed that the long gun was locked inside the trunk of the guys car- or he didn't care.

when was this news report? was it when the shooting first happened and has there been something to poo this report or is this breaking news. there was lots of confusion the week after the shooting. lets not go passing on an old news report that was already proven wrong, makes us look silly.

We are told the new gun laws in this state and in this country are to help save lives and make us all safer.
We can not trust them, any of them, not the government and not the media. They will do what they have to do to further their agendas.

First time i'm seeing this. I have to say if this just came out HOW PERFECT. AFTER THAT DAMN HIPPIE BANS OUR GUNS. Media now a days is passing laws, not the people. This is disgusting. I wonder how greased the pockets of these news casters were by cuomo for reporting how he wanted? It wouldn't suprise me.

I saw that second video posted, brought up some interesting points. Like the parents smiling and laughing soon after losing a child. I didnt smile or laugh for years after losing my daughter, still dont all that much.

So how they can the day after such an event is beyond me.

Its perfectly clear that an AR-15 WAS NOT IN THE TRUNK of THE CAR .... it in fact was a semi-auto shotgun of some sort .... watch the footage of them clearing the weapon in the trunk ...not an AR .... was one in the school ? .... dunno ... and I think we never really will - but for gods sake it wasn't an AR in the trunk of that car

the NYS assembly sponsor of this bill said that the AR was NOT used during the assembly debate, right before they signed the bill into law. Watch it and see for yourself.

Yep, and it's a good thing he didn't use the Semi-auto shotgun.. That would have done more damage then the AR-15...

Still waiting for clarification on the owner of the Honda in the videos--supposedly belonged to some other guy. All this crap is speculation at best and hopefully, someday they (somebody) will release and confirm the FACTS.

I've known this since day one! It's a fact an AR-15 (assult weapon) was not ussed during Newtown shooting yet every politician has used it in there speeches and I strongly believe they are aware of this and are using it as a scare tactic. This is a sick sick world
