    She thought she could shame gun owners, or make them targets.
    I can't wait for the PRNY Government to pass a law that states "it shall be illegal and a Class A Felony to think about defying the government," then have somebody tell me that the law is constitutional until the supreme court rules on it.

    Fair is fair: As many of you know the Journal News has again published the list of
    pistol license holders for the lower Hudson Valley. Under state law,
    this is public information.

    You know what else is public information? The names, addresses and
    phone numbers of Journal News staff.

    They like to do this with public employee salaries and overtime to, stop buying their news!!!

    In my opinion they did this in the wake of tragedy to shame gun owner's and to make our neighbors scared of having people with legal fire arms in their hometown. I know it is all public knowledge and anybody could have found out the information posted, but if it's in the public's face I bet they feel it would outrage them and work to the advantage of the state in banning "evil weapons"

    That's not a law. It's a bill that's been passed by the senate and stalled in the assembly (it died there last year).
