F-Class Rifle @ Odessa

There will be a 200 yard F-Class rifle match at the Odessa Community Conservation Club this Saturday.

Registration @ 10:00
Cost: $10.00
Rounds: 40 for score with unlimited sighters

Very nice bunch of guys.

Any centerfire rifle from the prone....run what you brung.

No prizes, just a good time.

This sounds great! I am on duty Saturday so I'm unable to attend but I would absolutely like to know about this sort of thing in the future.

For those who want to see what F class is all about these matches are a great place to start. Folks will help each other, even coaching on the line is allowed. I know Scott the guy who runs these even brings loaner rifles with ammo.

If anyone is intrested I would be willing to help get you started, I'll be at this one. Send me a PM so I know if you are attending.

I can't make it this weekend. If you guys need a bipod or rear bag or something I can send mine down with Curt for someone to borrow.

From the middle of downtown Rochester to the Odessa Club is 88 miles.
Plan for a 2-hour drive.
Odessa is just South of Watkins Glen.
