The info states that the lecture starts at 730pm.... I talked to Dave today and he indicated it at 700. Maybe someone can confirm for sure just so nobody misses this.

Hmmm... you're right. The blog post (7:30) was copy/pasted right from what Dave sent me but the GCL newsletter says 7:00.

I'm just going to plan on 7. It fills up fast so get there early.

I think so. When I talked to Dave today he mentioned being able to use the clubhouse.

I'm going to try and get there around 6. The last one of these I went to, it was standing room only.

The guy talks at a mile-a-minute. But he is pretty entertaining to listen to.

This was a great talk I learned alot.

Glad I was able to see him. He is a pretty funny guy as well.

Additionaly it is nice to see a pro- gun Surgeon especially one with his credentials and experience.

this is the second time I have been to his seminar. In the first one he went into much more detail.

I wish he would have gone into more depth in the Kennedy Assassination.

That would have been very cool

He did an entire 2 hour presentation on it at GCL a while ago. I'm sure he'll do it again sometime.

I lost count of how many times I've been to this. Pretty sure this was the 5th time I've seen Dr. Maurer's ballistics lecture.

damn, figures I would miss that one. The first one I went to he spent a couple hours on the Miami Shoot out.

As a interesting side note. My wifes Uncle is very good friends with one of the Agents that was involved. From what Uncle Rich was saying, he doesn't like to talk about it much.

Good information. He had a good sense of humor as well. I'm browsing 357SIG options right now. :-)

Did we happen to meet there? I met a lot of people and didn't put screen names with all of them.

No, perhaps next time. I chatted with a couple of friends/colleagues after the presentation. I was in the middle section, last table and had an iPad on the table that I was using for taking notes during the talk.

I don't think I noticed an ipad. I'll say hi next time for sure. I sat on the left side at the second table back.
