Default AR Upper Vise/Free-Float Install Tools...Anyone Have Some to Loan?

I recently purchased a new upper for my next AR15 build. It has the Yankee Hill free-float tube installed and I'm looking to change it over to their Diamond Forearm. Unfortunately, the entire tube needs to be removed as it has a different setup than the quad rail.

In the next month or so, I'll be looking to do this, but I don't have a receiver block or wrench that I'd need. I could buy the tools, but I'd much prefer to borrow them from someone local to the Syracuse area, if possible. Thanks in advance for any and all help, guys!

Thanks a lot, guys! I'll keep this post up until it's time for the install. Now, do either of you have the actual upper vise? This is the one I was hoping to use:

I have the upper block like the one in the vise, not hinged like that one. It's two pieces, but it's the hard plastic that wraps around the upper (either w/ carry handle or flat top) just like your pic. I picked it up at the gunshow last year and used it to assemble two uppers now.

I also have the 'mag' insert that you put in the vise to work on the lower if you need it. And of course, the wrenches.

Awesome--that's really all I need to put the new rail on. If no one close-by has them, I'll shoot you a PM when I'm ready. I would definitely cover shipping both ways, obviously.

Good choice on the YHM Diamond Forearm. That's what I put on my rifle. If you haven't gotten one already, get a black gas tube. It looks much better under the forearm than a standard silver one. I picked up mine at AllStar. And the YHM end cap is a nice finishing touch.

I'm only a 1/2 hour from ya and have what you need.
Just took a YHM off and replaced it w/a Troy exteme for a buddy yesterday.

Which YHM did you remove--was it the Diamond version? If so, might he be interested in selling it?

Oneida's not too bad a drive at all. When my wife and I were still dating, her parents lived in Canastota, so I stomped around up there for quite a few years.

Well, it seems like a pretty good bang for the buck, IMO. YHM has a good reputation, and I just can't justify the price of the LaRue, even though I'd love to have one. Black gas tube...I like the sounds of that!
