gentlemen;

I believe you can contact them through the web site www.firstshottraining.com not sure if it is up and running they said they were working on it, if not contact the above message with a PM, I think they have some classes in August and Sept. that you might be able to check out.

The info on this Appleseed shoot can be found here: http://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=9888.0
This is my first one but I figure that less than $100 bucks for a whole weekend of long range rifle training...how can you beat that? Free camping on site too.

I was looking for a course to attend in Sep. I'll either go to Saratoga Springs or Manheim, PA...

I was leaning towards PA because it's not far from the most amazing Smorgesboard I've ever been to!

My son and I are interested in attending the Appleseed Shoot at Saratoga Springs. Do we really need 1200-1500 rounds of ammo for a 2 day shoot? That much ammo in .22LR is easy to get but my son wants to shoot my 30.06 and 1000 rounds of 30.06 is expensive. Is a rifle in .17 HMR ok to use at this shoot?

Silverback,

On the project appleseed revolutionary war at appleseedproject.com site if you go to the FAQ link they say you should only need about 400 rds but I would bring alittle extra. There is a lot of helpful info on their sight.

Moslump is right, as usual! I contacted Ed and he said 400-600 for the weekend.
