Four other friends and myself are getting in on these.

I am wondering if there might be worth discussing a separate group buy on complete uppers.

CDNN, for example has a basic upper .223 for $329.

It might be hard to find something a lot of people like but if we can find something low cost, that might be a good place to start for beginners.

Thoughts?

In the AR15 world you usually get what you pay for. We cannot touch that price for an upper, but I could try to come up with a most basic upper. I would imagine we would still end up around $599-ish.

I actually spoke with the anodizing company today. They are there, and should be done on Friday. Which serial number were you interested in?

So if they are done being anodized Friday, when should I drive up to go through the paperwork so I can take home the newest family member?

As long as everything goes right, and they can actually get them shipped Friday, I would say 4-5 days for shipping back to us. So if all things go well, late next week? We'll post up on here as soon as we know!

For those of you still looking for other colors, please let me know if you're interested still. The anodizer is telling me that it would take an additional couple weeks for the other colors. Not to mention we wouldn't have any matching color uppers. We are probably only a month away from cerakote, so our suggestion is to have us Cerakote it in your favorite color

We actually have FDE and OD cerakote in stock. We're just waiting to get the booth and oven set up!

We can only get OD and FDE in hard coat through this anodizer. That is why we recommend going the cerakote route.

Are you doing any upcoming shows near Buffalo, NY (Erie Fairgrounds) because i would like 2 but dont have the time to drive to Rochester.

Unfortunately no, however, we're working with a couple potential dealers to carry our products in the Buffalo area!

If anyone else orders any and needs a ride up there, when the lowers are ready, your more than welcome to hitch a ride with me. As soon as they are ready, I'm shooting there ASAP.

Oh.... I also need to buy some beaver lube, muzzle brake, and probalbly everything else you guys have in stock.

Thanks for offering that! Here's hoping the anodizer has good news for us on Friday. Maybe I'll bug him tomorrow for an update!

Me too! If the data sheet isn't available, no worries, I wouldn't read it anyway

BTW need to start thinking about some other parts to match up to all those uppers I have on standby.....

Just spoke with the anodizer. They're about 1/3 through them. He's going to follow up with me tomorrow to let me know where they're at! If you guys have a list of things you are going to want to pick up, PM them to me, so I can make sure they're in stock, place orders now, etc.
