Glock .40 all the way. You can shoot 357sig and 9mm with just a barrel and magazine swap. Factory G31 barrel and mags work for 357sig swap and for 9mm use an aftermarket conversion barrel such as lone wolf and factory G17 magazine for the G22. For the G23 the same is true just using factory G32 barrel and mags for 357sig and G19 mags with aftermarket conversion barrel for 9mm.
