Sales of GSG-5 rifles to cease by 1/31/10
H&K had filed an infringement lawsuite against German Sport Guns GmbH and its U.S. distributor, American Tactical Imports, Inc. The suit and all counterclaims have recently been settled.
Terms of the settlement are that production and import of the GSG-5 rifle cease by 10/9/2009 and all remaining units can be sold until 1/31/2010.
