News article on increased hunting and fishing license fees

The Democrat and Chronicle published a long article regarding the increased fees for sporting licenses which took effect on October 1, 2009.  The fee increase isn’t anything new and was previously reported on in our blog here before the fee increase was final.

Explosion at Bear ammo plant in Russia
