Carolyn McCarthy sued for $5M
Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) along with the Nassau PD have been hit with a $5M lawsuit. Freeport resident Gabriel Razzano had his home raided and his legally owned guns confiscated a day after he went to McCarthy’s office to discuss an article regarding an illegal immigrant. Details are sketchy but this might be one to follow.

If you don’t know who Rep. McCarthy is, she is a democrat who has represented Long Island’s 4th congressional district for over 10 years. Her husband was murdered in the 1993 long island railroad massacre. She is now the most outspoken advocate of gun control in the house.
Some of you may remember her from the infamous video of her on national tv showing just how brilliant she really is.

I seriously doubt there is anything here. These lawsuits are filed all the time. In the end, Razzano might find himself in worse shape than he was going in. McCarthy has a lot of resources at her disposal and they will dig up anything this guy has in his background.
I disagree with her policies on firearms and I love the video but I think more is being made here than there is.
