Revised NYS assault weapons ban passed to senate
A revision to the NYS assault weapons ban has passed the assembly and is currently in the senate. This bill has made it this far in the past and has died. Hopefully it dies again this time.

We feel it is always important to know what laws are in place so you do not inadvertently break the law and face serious penalties.
